Locksearch.com is a customer service oriented company. We strive to deliver
the very best in product, price, and service. Please educate yourself with our
company policy, which will make any transaction with us most enjoyable.
Payment Method
We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and certified check if paid in
advance.
We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on
the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, is
subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud,
and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
Shipping
Most orders are processed within the same business day from original receipt of
order, and approval of credit card. We offer several options for shipping
orders, UPS ground, and next day air, as well as second day, and shipping
charges will be indicated on your order form.
Whenever we offer free shipping, product will be sent by UPS ground, unless
requested otherwise and charges will be added to the shipment.

Return
& Exchange
Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog section, Upon receipt of
merchandise inspect product carefully, should you find that the product does not
meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at customerservice@locksearch.com
and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues
We will accept stock items returned within 30
days in saleable condition, subject to a 15% restocking charge and less
shipping charges. Non-stock items, or
items held more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective. We
will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to defective
returns.
To return items follow the instructions below:

E-Mail us at customer service@locksearch.com
for a return authorization number, and in it describe briefly the reasons
for your requested return. You must receive a (RMA#) before you return any
goods to us, the RMA# must appear on your return packing label and on the
outside of the box, Merchandise without a (RMA) will be refused, and no
credit will be issued. RMA's are valid for (10) days from date of issuance.

All returned/exchanged merchandise must
be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing
material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in
which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will
not accept COD returns.
